We want you to love your keepsake. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from WYCO Ventures Group LLC (operator of Senior Year Through My Eyes), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are processed

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, OR
  2. Email support@senioryearchronicle.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We forward eligible requests to Paddle promptly.

Printed books

Printed keepsake books are produced on demand. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the preview you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with our print partner to reprint or refund.
