How refunds are processed

Our payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@senioryearchronicle.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We review eligible requests and process refunds promptly.

Printed books

Printed keepsake books are produced on demand. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the preview you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with our print partner to reprint or refund.
