These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Senior Year Through My Eyes service (the "Service") operated by WYCO Ventures Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by WYCO Ventures Group LLC. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

Senior Year Through My Eyes lets parents and guardians capture photos, voice notes, and written reflections about a student's school year, and export those entries into a digital or printed keepsake book.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@senioryearchronicle.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, recordings, transcripts, and written reflections you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcribe, render, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including generating preview images, PDF exports, and printed books.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by WYCO Ventures Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, we will retain or delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

9. Service availability and warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYCO Ventures Group LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or memories. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WYCO Ventures Group LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.

12. AI-assisted features

The Service uses AI to transcribe voice notes and to assist with drafting reflections. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy before they appear in your final keepsake book. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and are not suitable for regulated professional advice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
